Those who've staked their future on the status quo of existing boundaries are going to be displaced as I redefine the parameters of who I am in the situation and what the mandate of my kingdom is in the world. There will be men and women, even good men and women, who will experience displacement and become, as it were, spiritual refugees because they will be taken unawares. This shift is necessary, for I am enlarging my territory and expanding the floodplain of the river of my glory into previously untouched areas in the societies of men. There have been those who have undertaken great projects to define and contain what I am doing and who I am. But I will not be tamed and I will not be contained, says God. The river of my glory is breaking over all the barriers created by men flowing into the uttermost parts of the earth. There it will inundate and shape even the most despised and rejected areas of the world. Say this with me, Prophet Russ. The water table of God's spirit is rising to engulf the enemy in my life today, I am calling for men and women who will receive a twofold call, says God. The first is to address the refugee status of those about to be displaced from their comfortable religious vantage point on the river my glory. And the second is to allow yourselves to be carried wherever the current of my river flows, to be my ambassadors, to be my regents to those whose dry and thirsty lands are about to become lakefront property on the banks of my region. Redeemed purposes I haven't called you to simply find your habitation in view of my glory. I am calling you to plunge into the billows and push out until your feet can no longer find the bottom. I will be your stay. I will be your sustaining breath as you allow yourself to be swept into the white water of the river of my kingdom. I am releasing my church from the boxes and boundaries that have contained them and and spilling them out into the wild where they will reproduce and challenge the kings of the earth for the captives they held in darkness. My servants, handmaids and prophets will surface in venues and marketplaces where they were not invited. They will manifest my glory and pour out the waters of my mercy, bringing repentance, surrender, and release to the captives of the earth until the entire spiritual geography of the earth is redrafted to take into account the work of my hands that I am doing even this day. It doesn't say believe the prophecies, although we should. It says believe the prophets. This begs the question, who is the prophet in your life? If you don't know, it's because you don't have one. Thus a level of breakthrough that the prophetic is intended to bring is missing from your life. And that is not God's plan.
