Mentoring Minute with Prophet Russ

This is Russ Walden with Father's Heart Ministry, and this is the mentoring minute. Let's look at a difficult scripture. Matthew 5:25, Jesus says, agree with your adversary quickly, while you are in the way with him. Now, usually, things you want to do quickly because they bring a good result. What possible good result would come if we agreed with our adversary? Let's look at Deuteronomy, chapter 28, verse seven. The Lord will cause your enemies that rise up against you to be smitten before thy face. You might say, when's that going to happen? When you agree with your adversary. Well, why do I want to do that? Because of the outcome. It says they shall come out against you one way and flee before you. Seven, you're talking about a 700-fold breaker anointing on your life when you agree with your adversary. Now, if you look at Matthew 18:19 again, I say, if two of you agree. It didn't say if two friends agree, even if it's your enemy, why would you want to agree with your enemy? It's like, okay, bring it on. Why? Because no matter what the enemy is bringing against you or who he's using to do it, it sets God up to come in and bring a 700-fold breaker anointing upon your life in that very area.
