But yet in the culture of the church, they barely even accept the pastor. And so you're fighting your spiritual battles with one arm tied behind your back. God wants you to have the full spectrum of resources to put you over in life, and the prophetic is a very important part of it.

Every tongue that rises against you will be condemned.
It is a fact that you do not wrestle against flesh and blood.
But the enemy uses people to get past your defenses. Doesn't he always keep the anointing between you and those around you? I have given you an anointing. Wrap yourself in it.
Look not through your natural sight, but through the perception of the anointing, which will illuminate the path you must take to get past the conflict. The enemy believes he has you snared in.
The blood of the cross will neutralize every word, curse and every misdirected opinion that others hold about you.
Choose never to listen to your critics. They are the do nothings that always decide there's nothing to do. You must not allow the opinions of people to distract you from what I'm saying and what I'm doing in your life. You must determine to please me at all costs.
Now make a faith decree with me, Prophet Russ.
I will not listen to the enemy. I will only listen to God's voice of triumph in my life today.
Others will complain and level accusations against you, says God. They will ask, who do you think you are?
Ignore them and keep moving forward.
The fact of the matter is that when you are doing what you see me doing, what people think does not matter.
Do not seek the credibility of men.
You don't need any other connection than your connection to me and the faith to act when I tell you to.
Man's false honor and aggrandizement is no substitute for the honor that comes from me alone.
You must not fear.
You are the one I'm working with both to will and do my good. Pleasure.
I've set a course for you and I am equipping you with all that you need to complete it.
The voices of your critics will fade as you focus on my will for your life. Their accusations are empty and will not stand against the truth I've spoken over you.
Trust in my plan and my purpose for you, for I am faithful to complete the work that I've started. You are my chosen vessel and I am with you always.

Notice that it says Believe the prophets, so shall you prosper. That word prosper means come to breakthrough. And that is exactly what these words are designed and intended to bring you to in your life.
It's really interesting. It doesn't say believe the prophecies, although we should. It says believe the prophets. This begs the question, who is the prophet in your life? If you don't know, it's because you don't have one.
Thus, a level of breakthrough that the prophetic is intended to bring is missing from your life and that is not God's plan.
