The Father says today, I have not called you to perform for Me, or immerse yourself in legalistic religion. You are not an animal in a show. What more could I ask of you that was not already given on the cross? I tell you that religion based on your performance is a worthless offering when you consider the death, burial, and resurrection of My Son. This type of religion draws you to the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. It deceives My people, just as the serpent deceived in the garden. Performance-based religion will separate you from your true identity and hold you captive to a corrupted version of My law and character. It is time to reject those who have twisted My truth beyond recognition. My word is not meant to make you fit into human moral codes. My word is meant to guide you to Christ.

So don't look to yourself but rather look to Me - to what I've done and who I am and the work of the Cross 2000 years ago! In Me, you will discover the genuine reality and substance of everything that legalistic religion falsely promises but never delivers. It is time to let go of what is dead and gone. You are a person born from My deep love and My life. Everything I desire for you will become clear as you walk with Me and immerse yourself in My presence. My desire is for you to know true freedom, not to be burdened by expectations of what you must do to earn My favor. That favor has already been freely given through My Son. Simply be with Me, and all will be revealed.
